About

Founded by Natalie Hope de los Hoyos, Hope Studio is a Miami-based interior design studio serving residential, hospitality, and commercial clients with a refined, detail-driven approach.

A Florida-licensed interior designer, Natalie brings more than a decade of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects across luxury interiors, hospitality environments, workplace spaces, and private residences. Her background spans interior architecture, space planning, construction documentation, finish and furniture specifications, consultant coordination, project management, code coordination, and client leadership.

 

After 13 years in the industry, Natalie established Hope Studio to offer clients a highly considered design experience shaped by creative vision, technical knowledge, and thoughtful execution. In 2025, she was recognized by Interior Design Magazine as part of its 30/30, honoring emerging leaders shaping the future of the design industry.

 

The studio takes its name from Natalie’s middle name, Hope, reflecting the personal care and intention behind the practice. Hope Studio creates spaces that feel elevated, functional, and deeply connected to the people and purpose they serve.

Hope Studio offers interior design, design management, and consulting services for residential, hospitality, and commercial clients. Led by Natalie Hope de los Hoyos, the studio brings a refined design perspective together with the technical coordination, project leadership, and industry experience required to move projects from vision to execution.

Interior Design

Hope Studio creates thoughtfully composed interiors that are elevated, functional, and deeply connected to the people and purpose they serve. Services may include concept development, space planning, finish selections, material palettes, furniture and lighting selections, custom millwork concepts, styling, and installation coordination. The studio works across private residences, hospitality environments, workplace interiors, amenity spaces, and commercial projects, tailoring each scope to the scale, needs, and goals of the client.

Interior Architecture & Space Planning Coordination

Hope Studio provides interior planning and design coordination for projects requiring a more technical level of development. This may include interior layouts, room planning, finish plans, reflected ceiling coordination, custom millwork concepts, finish transitions, interior detailing, and coordination with architectural, structural, MEP, lighting, AV, and specialty consultants. When licensed architectural or engineering services are required, Hope Studio collaborates with or helps coordinate the appropriate licensed professionals as part of the project team.

FF&E, Finishes & Specifications

Hope Studio develops curated furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finish packages tailored to each project’s design direction, budget, and timeline. Services may include furniture selections, decorative lighting, materials, wallcoverings, textiles, window treatments, hardware, accessories, finish schedules, FF&E schedules, vendor coordination, procurement support, and installation planning. Each selection is considered within the larger design story, balancing beauty, performance, durability, availability, and long-term value.

Design Management & Project Coordination

For clients, owners, developers, architects, and design teams, Hope Studio offers design management and coordination support to help projects stay organized, aligned, and moving forward. Services may include project management, consultant coordination, stakeholder communication, project scheduling and phasing, budget coordination, vendor and consultant procurement, design team leadership, meeting coordination, issue tracking, and decision management. This service is especially valuable for projects with multiple consultants, fast-moving schedules, detailed scopes, or complex coordination requirements.

Construction Documentation & Coordination Support

Hope Studio provides interior design documentation and coordination support for projects moving into construction. Services may include drawing review, finish and FF&E schedule coordination, interior detailing support, consultant coordination, RFI and submittal coordination, construction administration support, site observation, issue resolution, and design intent clarification. Hope Studio does not provide architectural or engineering stamping services. When permit drawings, signed and sealed documents, or licensed architectural or engineering services are required, the studio works in coordination with the appropriate licensed professionals.

Code-Aware Design Coordination

With experience coordinating projects under Florida Building Code, accessibility requirements, and ADA guidelines, Hope Studio brings a code-aware approach to interior design and documentation coordination. The studio helps identify design considerations early, coordinate with the appropriate consultants, and support solutions that align design intent with applicable project requirements.Fin al code review, life-safety compliance, permitting, and signed/sealed documentation are coordinated through the project’s licensed professionals as required.

Professional Services & Consulting

Hope Studio also provides consulting support for design firms, architects, owners, and project teams needing experienced leadership or additional design capacity. Services may include scope development, professional services agreement review, fee and additional services coordination, contract administration support, consultant coordination, risk management, project recovery, design review, and strategic issue resolution. This service allows clients and teams to access senior-level design and project leadership on a flexible basis, whether for a specific phase, an active project, or ongoing design support.
